Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast – 100 gms
Green thick chilli – 2 chopped (Jalapeno)
Garlic – 1 tablespoon chopped
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Mixed herbs – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
METHOD:
In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, the add the chicken breast.
Seal the juice on high flame on one side then turn the chicken.
Then add sliced green thick chillies.
Add mixed herbs and black pepper.
Cook covered.
Add chopped coriander for garnish.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the bed of grilled vegetables.
