Veg Kabab
INGREDIENTS:
Soya nuggets – 1 cup
Chana dal – 1/2 cup
Methi leaves – 1 cup
Cumin seed – ½ teaspoon
Garlic chopped – ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Mango powder – ½ teaspoon
Ginger – 1 inch
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Soak soya nuggets in hot water until double their size.
Soak chana dal in hot water for ½ hour or until soft.
In a blender add soya nuggets and chana dal along with rest ingredients.
Shape into kebab, refrigerate 20 mins then roast with 1 teaspoon oil on a non stick pan.
Cook until crisp and well done on all sides on low flame.
They turn out even better in air fryer.
