INGREDIENTS:

  • Soya nuggets – 1 cup

  • Chana dal – 1/2 cup

  • Methi leaves – 1 cup

  • Cumin seed – ½ teaspoon

  • Garlic chopped – ½ teaspoon

  • Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Garam masala – ½ teaspoon

  • Mango powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Ginger – 1 inch

  • Salt to taste

METHOD:

  • Soak soya nuggets in hot water until double their size.

  • Soak chana dal in hot water for ½ hour or until soft.

  • In a blender add soya nuggets and chana dal along with rest ingredients.

  • Shape into kebab, refrigerate 20 mins then roast with 1 teaspoon oil on a non stick pan.

  • Cook until crisp and well done on all sides on low flame.

  • They turn out even better in air fryer.
