Weight Loss Salad
INGREDIENTS:
Yellow moong dal – 1 cup
Capsicum – ½ cup
Cucumber – ½ cup
Onion – ½ cup
Tomatoes – ½ cup
Carrot – ½ cup
Yellow bell pepper – ½ cup
Red bell pepper – ½ cup
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate – ½ cup
Salt to taste lemon juice – 2 tablespoon
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
METHOD:
Soak moong dal for 2 hours.
Boil until soft. Drain all the water.
In a bowl add boiled dal, chopped vegetables, pomegranate, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well.
