Sprouted Moong Dal Idli

INGREDIENTS:
Sprouted green moong dal – 2 cups
Curd – 1 cup
Carrot grated – 1 cup
Curry leaves – 10-12 chopped
Salt to taste
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
METHOD:
Grind the sprouts and make paste.
Add grated carrot, curd, curry leaves, salt and baking powder.
Mix well and leave it for 10 minutes.
Then add 1 teaspoon of oil.
Put the batter in idlimould.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve it with your favorite chutney.
