Oil Free Chicken
Chicken breast – 50 gms
Curd – ½ cup (skimmed)
Methi seed – ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon
Kalonji – ½ teaspoon
Whole red chilly – 2
Chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon
Sliced onion – 1
Kashmiri red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
- Salt to Taste
Whisk curd well.
Add chopped garlic, whole red chilli, methi seed, fennel seed, kalonji, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and sliced onion.
Add chicken breast and mix well. Cover it and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat pan and transfer the batter and cook on low flame for 10- 12 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
