High Protein Snack

INGREDIENTS:
Sprouted Moon Dal – 2 Tablespoon
Sprouted Black Channa – 2 Tablespoon
Green Peas – 2 Tablespoon
Paneer – 4 Tablespoon
Salt – as per Taste
Chopped Green Chilli – 1
Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Roasted Zeera Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh Coriander – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Oats Flour / Besan – 3 Tablespoon
Oil – For Shallow Fry
METHOD:
Put sprouted moong, black channa and green peas in the grinder and make coarse mixture.
Transfer the mixture in a bowl, add grated paneer, chopped green chilli, salt, zeera powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.
Add oats/besan and mix well.
Take small bowl and shape into your desired cutlet shape.
Heat pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil and spread evenly.
Fry cutlet on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney.
