INGREDIENTS:

  • Sprouted Moon Dal – 2 Tablespoon

  • Sprouted Black Channa – 2 Tablespoon

  • Green Peas – 2 Tablespoon

  • Paneer – 4 Tablespoon

  • Salt – as per Taste

  • Chopped Green Chilli – 1

  • Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon

  • Roasted Zeera Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon

  • Fresh Coriander – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)

  • Oats Flour / Besan – 3 Tablespoon

  • Oil – For Shallow Fry

METHOD:

  • Put sprouted moong, black channa and green peas in the grinder and make coarse mixture.

  • Transfer the mixture in a bowl, add grated paneer, chopped green chilli, salt, zeera powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Add oats/besan and mix well.

  • Take small bowl and shape into your desired cutlet shape.

  • Heat pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil and spread evenly.

  • Fry cutlet on both sides till golden brown.

  • Serve hot with green chutney.
