Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
Chia Seed – 3 Tablespoon
Coconut / Almond / Low Fat Milk – 150 ml
Almond – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Walnut – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Pistachio – 1 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Honey – 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Strawberry – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Kiwi – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Papaya – 1 Tablespoon (Diced)
METHOD:
Soak the chia seeds in milk for 2 hours.
Add honey for sweetness if required.
Transfer the chia seeds in a glass.
Add chopped nut and fruits on the top.
Serve Chilled.
