High Protein Bar
INGREDIENTS:
Almond – 10 pieces
Walnut – 3 pieces
Sunflower Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Pumpkin Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Flax Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
White Sesame Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Black Sesame Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Coconut Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Dates – 5-6 pieces (Deseeded)
METHOD:
Take a pan and dry roasted all the ingredients except dates and peanut butter for 2 minutes.
Cool it and transfer them in grinder.
Make coarse powder, don’t grind it into fine powder. Transfer them in a bowl.
Now grind the dates and transfer in the same bowl.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Grease the plate with little butter (unsalted) or olive oil.
Spread the mixture and press evenly.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes and cut it into your desired shape.
